Most Nilsa pieces are crafted once your order is confirmed. The estimated preparation time is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation. Preparation begins after payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and you can follow your order at any time on our order tracking page.
Returns & exchanges
Because personalised and made-to-order jewellery is crafted especially for you, it may not be eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or not as ordered. Please contact us within [X] days of delivery if there is any issue with your order.
